Instructional Designer in the e-Learning Space
My collection of interests and passions intersect to deliver e-Learning instruction to the modern learner.
As a subscriber to the ARCS model, I aim for all instruction to utilize the right method for grabbing attention depending on the audience, be it humor, narration, scenario-building, etc., before proceeding to demonstrate its relevance in their professional or academic interests.
When given the opportunity, I strive to use design thinking principles as they translate perfectly to instructional design since empathizing with prospective learners first can often lead to the correct solution.
